Part 9 - PlusRoamer II
Tips and Troubleshooting
- Cookies MUST be enabled in your browser. Otherwise, PlusRoamer will not work.
- Any redirects/aliases, POP, FTP and Telnet accounts setup in the Web Control Panel overrule the same name accounts in PlusRoamer.
- To prevent the setup of usernames in PlusRoamer that already exist as redirects/aliases, POP, FTP and Telnet accounts in the Web Control Panel, you need to set these same accounts up in PlusRoamer. NOTE: You will not be able to receive mail for these accounts using PlusRoamer; you will still use your e-mail client (i.e., Outlook, Eudora, etc.).
- You cannot redirect a POP3 e-mail to a PlusRoamer account.
- You cannot redirect an alias to a PlusRoamer account.
- Any e-mail sent to your domain that is not already setup as a redirect, alias or PlusRoamer e-mail, is automatically sent to admin@yourdoman.com (the Administrative PlusRoamer account).
- Your main account login, yourdomain@yourdomain.com, can no longer be used as a POP3 account. PlusRoamer uses this. Instead setup another POP3 to be used to receive/send e-mail.
- After you delete a PlusRoamer e-mail account, you will need to Pack User Database in order for “Number User Accounts” (under Administration) to calculate and display correctly.
